This notice explains how Zentra (wearezentra.com) handles personal information.
If you use our quote tool, we receive your answers, your name, your email address and your store address if you give it. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use your approximate country, worked out from your connection, to show prices in your currency. We do not store your IP address.
We use your details to prepare and follow up on your quote, to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the project. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
If you pay a deposit, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Your data is not sold or shared, except with service providers needed to run this site and our business, such as hosting, email and payment providers.
Quote and enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if we work together and the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@wearezentra.com.
